Proof in the Pudding

My story is most probably the same as many of yours.  After getting married and having kids, I somehow lost interest in training and visited the gym once in a blue moon.  At 40 I suddenly looked in the mirror and realised I had to do something.
I joined the gym again, started jogging every morning and changed my eating habits.

Within a few weeks I could see my body adapting to the new lifestyle and training regime.

I started implementing my    principle.

THE FOUR e’s :

EDUCATINGmyself on training and diet, EXERCISING on a regular basis, EATING the right food and ENDURANCE.

These are the four pillars for reaching your goals and today at 49 I look and feel my best ever.
